For many years we have been serving up our famous homemade pies and sausages.

People come from far and wide for our amazing quality produce. Our pies don’t only travel the length and breadth of the country they have also been all over the world.

2001

2001 - THE BEGINNING

The Pork Shop was born in January 2001. The Gardner family snapped up a property situated in the heart of Poulton-Le-Fylde.

2005

2005 - Uncle D's Recipe Book

A long lost Great Uncle to the Gardner Family left a recipe book in his will, it included the Famous Uncle D's Sausage recipe.

2007

2007 - UNCLE D'S SAUSAGE IS BORN

After 2 years of perfecting the recipe, it finally hit The Pork Shop counters.

March, 2018

2018 - AWARDS INCOMING

The Pork Shop entered The British Pie Awards in Melton Mowbray for the first time. They were delighted to have picked up two awards; a bronze award for its Chicken, Chorizo and White Wine and then a sliver for their very own Steak and Garstang Blue.

2019

2019 - MORE AWARDS!

The Pork Shop are crowned the 'Best Steak Pie in Britain' at the British Pie Awards. Not only that, they also picked up two bronze awards with their famous Pork Pies and another silver for their Steak and Garstang Blue Cheese.

2020

2020 - YET MORE AWARDS!

The Pork Shop did it again! Bringing home a Gold, 4 Silvers and 1 Bronze at the British Pie Awards.

November 2020

2020 - PORK SHOP EXPRESS OPENS

We converted the rear of the shop to create a Food 2 Go model.

February 2021,

2021 - LYTHAM OPENS

Our second store opened its doors.

March 2021

2021 - THE PORK SHOP BISPHAM

We announced our partnership with Spar by opening a Pork Shop Express inside their store on Kincraig Road, Bispham.

2021 - MORE AWARDS WON

Attended the British Pie Awards and again, The Pork Shop came away with 2 silvers and 3 bronze.

2021 - THE PORK SHOP ST ANNES

We opened our second store with Spar and our 4th in total.

2022 - THE UNCLE D'S SAUSAGE ROLL IS BORN

The long awaited Uncle D's Sausage Roll hits The Pork Shop counters.

2022 - THE PORK SHOP WALMER BRIDGE

We opened our 3rd store with Spar and our 5th in total.
