For many years we have been serving up our famous homemade pies and sausages.

People come from far and wide for our amazing quality produce. Our pies don’t only travel the length and breadth of the country they have also been all over the world.

2001

2001 - THE BEGINNING

The Pork Shop was born in 2001 after a book shop went out of business and Lee Gardner snapped up the property, little did he know actually how successful it was going to be...

2007

2007 - UNCLE DAVE'S SAUSAGE IS BORN

An 'Uncle Dave' is a very large sausage that’s made in a very thick skin. It’s a combination of herbs and spices that create an unbelievably moorish taste.

2015

2015 - THE NEXT GENERATION

This year saw Lee's son, Jack, became an official partner in The Pork Shop. Much to his delight he couldn’t wait to get his teeth stuck into business and bring the shop up to speed with the modern times. His main aim was to keep up with the fantastic reputation it has now developed.

2016

2016 - A NEW LOOK

The old shop frontage was replaced with a more modern, yet traditional look to it. This was the beginning of the Pork Shop rebrand.

2017

2017 - MAKEOVER TIME

The Pork Shops new branding is announced and used throughout the store.

March, 2018

2018 - AWARDS IMCOMING

The Pork Shop entered The British Pie Awards in Melton Mowbray for the first time. They were delighted to have picked up two awards; a bronze award for its Chicken, Chorizo and White Wine and then a sliver for their very own Steak and Garstang Blue.

In the August, the third Generation of The Pork Shop is born, welcome Hunter James Gardner.

2019 - GOODBYE TO A LEGEND

Lee Gardner retires, leaving his son Jack to lead the company to new heights...

2019 - MORE AWARDS!

The Pork Shop are crowed the 'Best Steak Pie in Britain' at the British Pie Awards. Not only that, they also picked up two bronze awards with their famous Pork Pies and another silver for their Steak and Stilton.

2020 - PORK SHOP EXPRESS OPENS

Serving the good people of Poulton-le-Fylde at speed, towards the rear of the store a new hatch serving all your Pork Shop favourites.
